Bay Harbor Islands is two islands — and Elchonon knows both. He walks the streets of the East Island every day, stops into the local businesses where his parents own a retail children’s clothing store, Prim n Proper, and where both his sister and siter-in law live on the East Island. This isn't a campaign stop for him. It's home.
Some would divide our two islands — use one against the other for political gain. Elchonon rejects that entirely. Homeowners and apartment residents are neighbors. They share the same streets, the same concerns, and the same right to a representative who actually understands their lives.

Confronting Our Traffic Crisis
The gridlock choking our streets isn't inevitable — it's a problem that demands real solutions, not empty talk. Elchonon will work with the council and continue to collaborate to reduce traffic and congestion while actively working with FDOT and Miami Dade County. He is also committed to bringing more services and activities for everyone in town and making our community more walkable — so Bay Harbor Islands is a place where life happens right outside your door.
